Warehouse Truss Structure at 1 Short St Auburn
Hatch Brands is a company that sells chandelier lights exclusively. At 1 Short St. in Auburn, they have established a new showroom and warehouse. PHANTOS designed and installed the ground-mounted and suspended box trusses for better demo light show.
The structures are put together utilizing various length EGT294 Box trusses. There are four suspended box trusses and two ground-mounted structures.
Four 3M and four 1M lengths were used for the ground-mounted structure leg. Four 2.5M, two 2M, and two 1M lengths were used on the top side. The corner junction of the leg box truss and the topside box truss is connected with an ET294-C30 connector. A ET294-A762 base was used to mount the structure. To allow a walkway, the ground-mounted structure is placed one meter from the wall and one meter apart from one another. The 4.5M height of the entire structure is sufficient to display hanging lights.
The 3M, 2.5M, 2M, and 1M length box trusses are joined to create the 8.5M long suspended truss. It is suspended from the warehouse’s existing girder in each side of the truss. A 1T Girder clamp, a 16mm-3.2T shackle, and an 8mm Grade 80 lifting chain with a 10mm-1T shackle at each end make up the suspension system. The R814C lifting adaptor, which is attached to the box truss, is then connected to it.
